反复呼吸道感染儿童血清VA、IgA、IgG水平的变化及其相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)儿童血清维生素A(VA)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平的变化及其相关性。方法:选取2016年2月~2016年时12月某院门诊及住院的80例反复呼吸道感染儿童为研究对象作为呼吸道感染组,同时选取同期健康的80例儿童作为对照组。运用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)对VA进行检测,运用免疫比浊法对IgA、IgG水平进行检测,分析RRTI儿童血清VA、IgA、IgG水平的变化及其相关性。结果:呼吸道感染组VA水平低于对照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);呼吸道感染组IgA、IgG水平均分别低于对照组IgA、IgG水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);使用Pearson进行相关性分析,结果显示,VA与IgA呈正相关(γ=0.311,P<0.05),VA与IgG无相关性(γ=-0.086,P=0.280)。结论:RRTI的发生与VA含量及IgA、IgG水平密切相关,VA对维持呼吸道黏膜上皮细胞至关重要,治疗RRTI时注意补充VA及免疫调节剂,以降低RRTI的发生率。 Objective To investigate the changes and correlations of serum Vitamin A (VA), Immunoglobulin A (IgA) and Immunoglobulin G (IgG) levels in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods: 80 cases of RRTI (RRTI group) and 80 healthy examinees (control group) in a hospital from December 2016 to December 2016 were selected. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to VA detection, and the immunoturbidimetry was used to detect the IgA and IgG levels. Then the level changes and correlations of the three indicators were analyzed. Results: The level of VA in RRTI group was lower than that in control group ( P 〈0.05); The IgA and IgG levels in RRTI group were lower than those in control group ( P 〈0.05); Pearson correlation analysis showed that VA was positively correlated with IgA (γ=0.311, P 〈0.05) and not correlated with IgG (γ=-0.086, P =0.280). Conclusion: The occurrence of RRTI is closely related to VA content and IgA and IgG levels. VA, as an important factor of the respiratory epithelium cells maintenance, as well as immunomodulatory agents should be closely observed during the RRTI treatment.
