摘要
自然资源统一管理与系统治理,需要有一套全面、系统和规范化的基础数据作支撑,为自然资源综合管理提供全方位的数据服务和技术解决方案。为此,我们设计了一整套自然资源信息的多维度知识标签体系,并构建实现了标签的自动加工、管理维护和应用的全生命周期,以期利用互联网和信息化技术为自然资源日常研究和辅助决策提供有力的保障和支撑服务。
The unified management and systematic governance of natural resources need the support of a set of flexible, consistent and standardized basic data to provide comprehensive data services and technical solutions for the integrated management of natural resources. To achieve this objective, we designed a set of multi-dimensional knowledge labeling system of natural resources information, and constructed a life cycle of automatic processing, management, maintenance and application of labels, which provided a favorable guarantee and support services for the daily research and subsidiary decision-making of natural resources.
