摘要
从选材、下料、焊接、装配等方面对大采高液压支架加工工艺进行研究。通过制定合理的支架结构件工艺流程、液压缸加工工艺以及立柱立式装配工艺,来保证液压支架整体加工工艺可靠性,为类似条件下支架加工工艺提供一定的基础。
This article from the material, material, welding and assembly of large mining height hydraulic supportprocess, through the support structure to make reasonable process, the hydraulic cylinder machining process andvertical column assembly process, to ensure the overall process reliability of hydraulic support. It providesa certainbasis for the processing technology under similar conditions.
