摘要
基于全液压岩心钻机提下钻的工艺,对提下钻机械手手指结构、手腕结构、手臂结构和液压系统进行了详细的设计分析。该设计有利于提下钻自动化控制的应用研究,同时可以为岩心钻机智能化的设计提供相应的参考。
Based on the technology of lifting drill with full hydraulic core drill, the finger structure, wrist structure, armstructure and hydraulic system of lifting drill manipulator are designed and analyzed in detail. This design is beneficialto the application research of automatic control of drill down, and can provide corresponding reference for theintelligent design of core drilling rig at the same time.
