摘要
以广西汽车制造业为例,基于2000-2016年的统计数据,研究了R&D (研究与开发)经费和人员投入对全要素生产率(TFP)的影响.首先,运用索洛余值法对广西汽车制造业TFP进行测算分析,发现测算期间内TFP整体呈现增长趋势;其次,基于C-D生产函数模型,测算R&D资本存量和R&D人员投入对TFP的产出弹性,研究结果表明:R&D资本存量和R&D人员投入与TFP之间呈显著正相关;然后,基于向量自回归(VAR)模型的动态分析表明,R&D经费支出对TFP具有长期推动作用,R&D人员投入对TFP的推动作用在前期较为明显;最后,基于实证分析结果,对提高广西汽车制造业全要素生产率提出相应的对策建议.
Based on the time series data of automobile manufacturing industry in Guangxi from 2000 to 2016, this paper studies the effects of R＆D expenditure, R＆D capital stock and R＆D personnel on TFP. Firstly, we use the Solow＇s Residual Method to analyze TFP of automobile manufacturing industry in Guangxi. It is found that from 2000 to 2016, TFP growth is relatively stable during the whole growth trend. Secondly, based on the VAR model, it is found that R＆D expenditure has a long-term effect on TFP, the effect of R＆D personnel on TFP is obvious in the four periods. Then, based on the extended C-D production function model, we calculate the output elasticity of R＆D capital stock and R＆D personnel for TFP. It shows that the R＆D capita stock and R＆D personnel have significant positive correlation with TFP. Finally, based on empirical analysis, we give some countermeasures.
