On Enterprise Human Resources Management in the Era of Shared Economy

摘要 普惠金融强调的是金融服务的可获得性,即金融的渗透性和使用度。广东作为全国改革开放走在前沿的省份之一,其金融发展对经济增长具有重要影响力。通过运用因子分析法测度2016年广东省各市的普惠金融水平,运用聚类分析法探究各市的金融发展差异,发现省内经济较发达的城市普惠金融水平较高,大部分地处粤东、粤西、粤北地区的城市普惠金融水平较低。前者需重视城市产业结构升级,注重金融科技使用;后者需多措并举构建适应地方特色的普惠金融体系。 The development of network information technology has promoted the continuous prosperity and development of the shared economy, accordingly, a new trend on enterprise human resources management is created. The new economy also has huge impacts on the human resource management of enterprises in regard to the organizational structure, selection and training, assessment and incentive, and operation guarantee mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to have a better understanding of the shared economy, update the organizational structure of enterprises in time, and strictly control the entry gateway of the shared economic platform. The new system must pay attention to the training of employees, improve the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, and establish a sound operational guarantee mechanism.
