摘要
职业院校教师信息化教学能力是信息时代职业教育对教师提出的新要求,论文结合目前信息技术和职业教育发展的特点,从职业院校教师信息化教学能力的内涵出发,基于主成分因子分析法提炼了职业院校教师信息化教学能力的评价指标,该体系包含5个一级指标和20个二级指标,在此基础上确定了各指标权重,从而构建了职业院校教师信息化教学能力的评价体系,应用该方法可量化的研究职业院校教师信息化教学水平。
Informational teaching ability of teachers in vocational colleges is put forward in the information period.Combined with the information technology and characteristics of the vocational education development, starting from the connotation of vocational college teacher informational teaching ability, it refines the evaluation index of informational teaching ability based on the main factor analysis method, which contains 5 primary indices and 20 secondary indices. Based on this it determines the index weight and constructs the teaching ability evaluation system of vocational college teachers, and the teaching level of vocational college teachers can be studied quantitatively.
