摘要 结合某倾斜率达1%,且沉降仍未稳定的某筏板基础高层建筑的纠偏工程实践,对纠偏设计涉及的基础托换、纠偏顶升量的确定、施工准备、施工过程安全性控制及措施、顶升装置、顶升目标的确定和顶升施工过程控制及顶升量修正等问题进行了论述,较以往的传统纠偏工程而言,提出了在房屋纠偏设计中尽量消除结构内应力的要求,并阐述了相应的控制措施,项目实现了在省内首次采用电脑控制的联动千斤顶系统进行建筑纠偏的实践。 There was one high rise building with a raft foundation whose inclination rate was more than 1% in Kunming, the settlement was still unstable and that needed to be rectified. Thus, in the rectification design and constructing, the following factors were studied such as foundation underpinning, determination of the rectification jacking, construction preparation, safety control, measures of the construction process, determination of the lifting device, lifting target, jacking construction process control, lifting process and etc.. Also the problem of quantity correction was discussed. Compared with the traditional rectification, the requirement of eliminating the internal stresses in the structural rectification was put forward, and the corresponding control measures were expounded. The practice of correcting the rectification of the high-rise building by the computer controlled linkage jack system for the first time in Yunnan Province was successful.
