摘要
自2015年以来,我国老龄化人口进入快速增长时期,随着老年人口压力的急剧上涨,老年教育发展面临的资源紧缺问题愈加凸显,与之相应的老年教育变革也势在必行。现行的老年教育发展问题主要表现在老年教育资源匮乏和缺乏整合力,发展模式单一,发展载体固化等。幼儿园作为重要的优势资源来源,参与老年教育具有诸多现实意义。基于资源整合视角,以理论基础、机制保障、实践共享为架构,探索幼儿园参与老年教育的模式创新。
Starting in 2015,the aging population of our country has entered a period of rapid growth.With the sharp rise in elderly population pressure,the development of the old education faces the resource shortage problem increasingly prominent,and the corresponding elderly education reform is imperative.The current development of the elderly education is mainly manifested in the lack of resources for the elderly education and lack of integration,the development model is single,and the development carrier issolidified.As a superior resource,there are many practical significances for kindergarten to participate in old education.From the perspective of resource integration,this study builds a new model of kindergarten participation in old-age education based on the theoretical basis,mechanism guarantee and practice sharing.
