摘要
目的探讨如何科学化、规范化、信息化管理手术室高值医用耗材。方法应用条码技术,将信息相互独立的高值医用耗材系统和医院信息系统(HIS)有机联网,开发高值医用耗材管理系统,科学规范管理高值医用耗材。结果条码技术应用于手术室高值医用耗材管理,使医院高层能做到科学、实时、有效监管高值医用耗材的详细使用情况,并且真正做到医院手术室高值医用耗材零库存,减少医院资金积压,减少经济损失,降低医院运营成本,防止医疗腐败滋生,实现高值医用耗材使用不良事件时厂家对问题产品的及时召回,为医院准确有效举证追溯供应商、生产厂家提供法律保证。结论条码技术应用于手术室高值医用耗材管理,实现了医院对高值医用耗材的科学化、现代化、透明化、实时的高效、全程跟踪管理。
【Objective】To explore how to manage high value medical consumable materials in the operating room with scientization, standardisation and informatization.【Methods】Using barcode technology, the information of high value medical consumable system and hospital information system（HIS） were connected together, so the management system of high value medical consumable materials was developed, and the high value medical consumable materials was managed with scientization and standardisation.【Results】The barcode technology was applied to the management of high-value medical consumable materials in operating rooms, so that hospital executives can scientifically and effectively supervise the detailed use of high-value medical consumable materials in real-time, the zero inventory of high-value medical consumable materials in hospital operating rooms was truly achieved, and the backlog of hospital funds and economic losses were reduced. Also, it reduced the operating costs of a hospital, prevented the breeding of medical corruption, realized the timely recall of problematic products when adverse events of using highvalue medical consumable materials happened, provided legal guarantees for hospitals to accurately and effectively prove and trace suppliers and manufacturers.【Conclusion】The scientific, modern, transparent, real-time and efficient tracking management of high value medical consumable materials is realized after using barcode technology.
