摘要
目的:根据我院消毒供应中心管理人员的工作经验及实验,研究条码技术在改善医院器械管理方面的作用。方法:比较在不同管理方法下同批消毒供应中心医务人员的工作质量及器械管理情况。结果:使用条码技术组医疗器械的感染、损坏、丢失、混淆、无菌物品送达不及时情况均显著优于未使用条码技术组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;消毒供应中心管理人员在使用条码技术期间的器械管理、清洗、包装、卫生质量评分均显著高于未使用条码技术时,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:条码技术可帮助医院消毒供应中心管理人员对医疗器械进行清理、分类,有效减少已使用器械与无菌器械的混淆,提高器械的清点效率而加强对器械丢失、损坏等的监测效果,显著改善消毒供应中心管理人员工作质量及器械管理情况。
Objective:To study the effect of bar code technology in improving the management of hospital equipment according to the working experience and experiment of the management staff in the disinfection and supply center of our hospital.Methods:The work quality and equipment management of medical staff in the same batch of disinfection and supply center under different management methods were compared.Results:The infection,damage,loss,confusion and untimely delivery of sterile articles in the bar code technology group were significantly better than those in the non bar code technology group(P<0.05)The scores of instrument management,cleaning,packaging and hygiene quality of the management personnel in the disinfection and supply center during the use of barcode technology were significantly higher than those without barcode technology,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Barcode technology can help the managers of the disinfection and supply center of the hospital to clean and classify medical devices,effectively reduce the confusion between used devices and sterile devices,improve the efficiency of equipment inventory,and strengthen the monitoring effect of equipment loss and damage,and significantly improve the work quality and equipment management of the management personnel in the disinfection supply center.
