Na2O-K2O-RO-SiO2-Al2O3生料颜色釉的研究

摘要 选用单一或复合的钙、镁、钡、锌、锶氧化物作为RO,制备了Na2O-K2O-RO-SiO2-Al2O3系统生料釉。在此基础上,研究了Fe2O3、MnO2、Co2O3、NiO、V2O5、SnO2、TiO2中任意两种配合,在CaO-ZnO、CaO-SrO、MgO-ZnO碱土釉中的显色效果。结果表明:(1)不同成分及比例的RO对釉面效果影响显著,钙碱土往往可以搭配其它RO而形成质量良好的釉面;(2)复合离子型着色剂易在Na2O-K2O-CaO-ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3系统中产生复杂的“窑变”现象而使釉面产生花色效果,当ZnO全部被SrO置换后,有明显的降低釉面花色趋势,且使釉面效果单一、颜色加深;(3)镁锌釉中,复合离子型着色剂往往会使釉面产生一定的斑点效果,但由于高温黏度大,釉面质量一般,并会产生一定的鼓泡和气孔缺陷。 The raw glaze of Na20-K20-RO-SiO2-A1203 was successfully prepared by choosing calcium, magnesium, barium, zinc, strontium alkafine earth metallic Oxide as single or composite RO. The glaze color effects of CaO-ZnO, CaO-SrO, MgO-ZnO alkaline earth glaze were systematically researched on the addition of ionic colorants, such as Fe203, MnO2, C0203, NiO, V205, SnO2 and TiO2. The results indicated that: (1))There were significant differences among the surface of samples with different composition and proportion of RO, the RO of calcium could form good effect of glaze by matching other RO; (2) Compound ionic colorants were easy to produce the variable and colorful effects of glaze in Na20-K20-CaO-ZnO-SiO2-A1203 system. When the RO of ZnO was replaced by SrO, which significantly reduced the trend of colorful effect and produced a series of single, deep glaze color. (3) Although the compound ionic colorants could make the glace surface produce spots effect in MgO-ZnO alkaline earth glaze, the glaze quality was easy to produce air bubble defects due to the high temperature viscosity of Na20-K20-MgO-ZnO-SiO2- A1203 system.
