不同BaCO_3体系低温釉的研究

The Research of BaCO_3 in Ultra-low Temperature Glaze

摘要 从釉的网络结构学说可知,釉的网络外体氧化物一般不参与釉结构的构建,但其能够充填于釉结构的骨架空隙中,能够提供"游离氧",促使釉中网络结构的断裂,进而使釉的熔融温度往低温方向移动。通过变化釉料中BaCO_3的含量,探讨对釉料的DSC-TG图、SEM图、烧结形貌、釉料软化温度影响。 According to theory of network structure in the glaze, glaze networks outside the body of the oxide is generally not participate in the building of glaze structure, but it can pack in glaze skeleton structure of the space, providing "free oxygen", and make network structure of fault in the glaze, making the glaze melt temperature to the low temperature direction. Based on the change of BaCO3 content in the glaze, the paper discusses on the glaze of DSC and TG figure figure, sintering, SEM pictures, the influence of the softening temperature of the glaze
