脑梗死后侧支循环形成及炎症反应的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 良好的侧支循环在维持脑梗死患者脑血流量、减少梗死灶面积、降低溶栓后脑出血的风险等方面有重要作用。侧支循环与炎症反应在脑梗死的发生发展过程中密切联系。在脑梗死急性期,炎症反应大多对缺血组织存在损伤作用,进一步降低脑血流灌注,不利于侧支循环的建立,影响患者的预后。而在慢性期,有些炎性因子可以通过刺激血管内皮生长因子分泌等途径促进新生血管的形成,减轻神经功能损伤。研究侧支循环与炎性因子的相关性对脑梗死的治疗及预后有重要意义。 Good collateral circulation play-s an important role in maintaining cerebral blood flow, reducing infarct size, and reducing the risk of cerebral hemorrhage after thronlbolysis in patients with cerebral infaretion. Collateral circulation and inflammation have close correlations in the development of cerebral infaretion. In the acute phase of cerebral infarction, inflammation usually does harm to ischenfic tissue and results in fur/her reduced cerebral blood peffusion, which obstructs the establishment of collateral circulation and affects the prognosis of patients. In the chronic phase, some inflammatory factors can promote the formation of new blood vessels by stimulating the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor,which helps to reduce the damage of nerve function. The study of the correlation between collateral circulation and inflammatory factors is of great significance for the treatment and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
