摘要
组建了菠萝洁粉蚧在5个恒温、4个变温下的实验种群生命表。结果表明:在16~32℃,菠萝洁粉蚧的发育速率总体上随着温度的升高而加快,并符合二次回归模型;菠萝洁粉蚧若虫期、产雌前期及世代的发育起点温度分别为12.43、12.65、12.55℃,有效积温分别为602.71、169.43、770.98 DD。实验温度下,南瓜饲养菠萝洁粉蚧雌虫世代历期介于45.40~205.00 d,最适温度为27℃。菠萝洁粉蚧种群趋势指数介于0.68~39.86,24℃时达到最大值;变温下,26/21℃为最适梯度温度,种群趋势指数57.36。分析表明,梯度温度比恒温更有利于菠萝洁粉蚧的生长发育和种群的增长,菠萝洁粉蚧在华南地区一年中大多数月份里将呈种群增长态势。
Life tables of laboratory population of Dysmicoccus brevipes at five different constant temperatures and four different variable temperatures were constructed. The results showed that the developmental rate increased with the increasing temperature from 16 ℃ to 32 ℃, and the relationship between them could be totally simulated by the quadratic regression model. The developmental temperature thresholds and sum of effective temperature required for larva, preoviposition stages and generation was 12.43 ℃, 12.65 ℃, 12.55 ℃ and 602.71 DD, 169.43 DD, 770.98 DD respectively. The lifespan of the female was from 45.4 to 205.0 days at test temperatures, 27 ℃ was the most suitable temperature. The population trend index ranged from 0.68 to 39.86 at different constant temperature, and the maximum population trend index appeared at constant temperature 24 ℃. As for different variable temperature, 26/21 ℃ was the most suitable temperatures with population trend index 57.36. According to the results, the variable temperature was relatively more suitable to D. brevipes population growth than constant temperature, and the population trend of D. brevipes would be incremental in most months of a year in south China.
