摘要
水资源是人类生产和生活的重要物质基础。社会经济的不断发展,使水资源需求量越来越大,水资源供需矛盾随之越来越突出。开展水资源多目标优化配置研究,是解决水资源短缺的一项重要措施。在讨论水量分配基本原则的基础上,构建以经济、生态、环境及社会效益为目标的水资源优化配置模型,并通过隶属度函数将其转化为线性满意度和非线性满意度,综合考虑区域综合满意度和子区满意度之间的优化平衡,以此建立数学模型,最后用MATLAB多目标遗传算法工具箱求解实例并验证该模型的合理性。
Water resources are the important material basis of human production and life. With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for water resources is getting larger and the contradiction between water supply and demand becomes more obvious. The study of multi-objective optimization allocation of water resources is an important measure to solve the shortage of water resources. Based on the basic principle of water allocation,this paper constructed the optimal allocation model of water resources with multiple objectives of economic, ecological, environmental and social benefits.This model was transformed into linear and nonlinear satisfaction through membership function, and the optimal balance between regional comprehensive satisfaction and sub-regional satisfaction was considered comprehensively to establish the mathematical model. At last, MATLAB multi-objective genetic algorithm toolbox was used to solve the case and verify the rationality of the model.
