摘要
对80份吉林省玉米骨干自交系进行重测序及苗期抗旱性表型测定,利用1490007个高质量的SNP标记位点对玉米苗期抗旱性进行关联分析。结果表明,共筛选出2个与玉米苗期抗旱性显著关联的SNP位点,分别位于染色体框3.06和5.04位置。在显著SNP位点的连锁不平衡范围内挖掘出2个候选基因,预测其一与植物的生长发育及非生物胁迫相关,另一与脯氨酸合成相关。
80 elite maize inbred lines in Jilin province were re-sequenced and their drought-resistance at seeding stage was evaluated in pot. Moreover, these inbred lines were re-sequenced and 1 490 007 high-quality SNPs were identified. Genome-wide association study was conducted for drought-resistance at maize seedling stage with these markers. Among these SNPs, two loci associated with drought-resistance at maize seedling stage were screened and located at chromosome bins 3.06 and 5.04, respectively. Further, two candidate genes were found through scanning chromosome regions of two SNPs, and one was related with plant growth and abiotic stress, the other related with proline synthesis.
