培养学生创新实践能力的大学教学体系实施效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 文章通过对国内外专业评估标准的研究,根据探索性因子分析结果,构建起教学体系实施效果影响因素因子模型,以检验量表的结构效度,最后形成培养学生创新实践能力的大学教学体系实施效果影响因素评价指标体系。运用属性数学对教师队伍、教学内容、教学条件、教学手段和方法、教学效果分别设立评估标准,达到对教学体系实施效果的综合评价,评估中考虑了学生的主体地位和社会需求。运用该体系进行评价一方面可以按照一定的权重对评分进行加权处理,得出总体评价结果;另一方面,可以对各专业教学体系实施效果按照其得分进行排序,得出教学体系实施后培养效果较好的专业,进行深入的研究学习,再结合本专业的特点进行相应的改进,以此促进学生创新实践能力的整体提升。 Based on the researches of professional evaluation standards at home and abroad,this article takes the analysis with exploratory factor analysis,in order to construct an influence factor model of teaching system implementation,and then to test the structural validity of the scale,and finally form the effect factor evaluation index system of university teaching system implementation aiming to cultivate students' innovative practice ability.The attribute mathematics is used to establish evaluation criterias for the teaching teams,teaching contents,teaching conditions,teaching means and teaching effects.In order to acquire the comprehensive evaluation of the teaching system implementation effect,also the subject status and social needs of students are considered in the evaluation.On the one hand,the system can be used to evaluate the scores according to a certain weight,which accordingly obtains the overall evaluation results.On the other hand,the implementation effects of each professional teaching system can be ordered according to their scores,and find out professions of the better training effect after the teaching system implementation,then make further study with combing the characteristics of the profession to do improvement accordingly,eventually promote the overall progrss of students' innovative practice ability.
