摘要
神朔铁路车站班组考核管理存在考核形式单一、考核公平性差及受个人感情主观影响较大等问题,同时员工职业发展与考核结果关联性低。为解决上述问题,研发考核管理系统,可实现员工信息管理、指标管理、方案管理、执行考核和统计查询功能,对系统技术架构进行分析设计,并对系统进行技术说明。系统的应用能够实现员工绩效闭环管理,有助于提升车站安全管理和员工个人素质。
There are many problems in the team performance assessment management of Shenshuo railway station, such as the single assessment form, poor assessment fairness and subjective influence of personal feelings. At the same time, the relationship between the employee's career development and the assessment result is bad. In order to solve the above problems, assessment management system was studied and developed. This system can realize the functions of employee information management, index management, pro- gram management, implementation assessment and statistical inquiry, technical fi'amework, etc. of the system was analyzed and designed, and technical description of the system is made. The application of system can achieve closed loop management of employee performance, which helps to improve safety management of sta- tion and personal quality of employees.
