摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者血糖监测实施保护动机理论护理干预的影响情况。方法随机选取本院2016年7月～2017年7月所接收84例糖尿病患者进行分析,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者实施常规护理,而观察组则实施保护动机理论护理干预,比较两组患者血糖监测的知识掌握情况、血糖监测技能得分情况以及护理满意度。结果实施干预之后,观察组血糖监测的知识以及技能得分情况都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血糖监测实施保护动机理论护理干预,提升患者血糖监测的知识以及技能,同时也获得良好的满意度,值得运用与大力推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of protective motivation theory nursing intervention on blood glucose monitoring in diabetic patients. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017, 84 patients with diabetes were randomly selected and analyzed. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group were treated with protective motivation theory nursing intervention. Results After the intervention. The scores of knowledge and skills of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, there is statistical significance. Conclusion The diabetes patients with blood sugar monitoring implement protective motivation theory nursing intervention, improve the patients＇ knowledge and skills of blood sugar monitoring, but also obtain good satisfaction. It is worth applying and popularizing.
