摘要
分析了发达国家职业教育立法的动因,确认职业教育立法受到经济发展、社会认知、政治局势、职业教育发展、域外经验、职业教育理念的推动,各类动因推动立法有其运行轨迹,展现出不同的特点。借鉴发达国家职业教育立法经验,我国应尽快建立健全职业教育法律规制,推进现代职业教育体系建设进程。
This paper analyzes the motives of the legislation of Vocational Education in developed countries, and confirms that the legislation of vocational education is impelled by economic development, social cognition, political situation, vocational education development, foreign experience and vocational education concept. All kinds of motives have their own track of operation and show different characteristics. Drawing lessons from the legislative experience of developed countries, China should establish and improve the legal regulations of vocational education as soon as possible, and promote the construction process of modem vocational education system.
