摘要
目的探讨葛根芩连汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果及对患者炎性反应和免疫功能的影响。方法选择2015年8月—2016年9月收治的溃疡性结肠炎202例,根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组101例。对照组采用单纯美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药葛根芩连汤治疗。比较2组临床效果及治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群和炎性因子水平,记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0. 01)。2组治疗后CD8+、自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平高于治疗前,CD4+/CD8+水平低于治疗前(P <0. 05);观察组CD8+、NK水平高于对照组,CD4+/CD8+水平低于对照组(P <0. 01)。2组治疗后白介素(IL)-8、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论葛根芩连汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果显著,可有效调节机体免疫功能,减轻炎性反应,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate efficacy of Puerariae and Scutellariae and Coptidis Decoction combined with Mesalazine in treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis （UC） and its effects on inflamnlatory reaction and imnlune function. Methods A total of 202 patients with UC admitted during August 2015 and September 2016 were divided into observation group and control group （n = 101 for each group） was according to therapeutic methods. Control group was treated with Mesalazine only, while observation group was added with Puerariae and Scutellariae and Coptidis Decoction on the basis of treatment for control group. Clinical efficacy and levels of T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared, and incidence rates of adverse reactions were recorded in two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, levels of CD8 ＋ and natural killer （NK） cells were significantly higher, while CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups （P 〈 0.05） ; In observation group, CD8 ＋ and NK levels were significantly higher, while CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ level was significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treat- ment, levels of interleukin-8 （ IL-8 ）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups, and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reaction rate between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Puerariae and Scutellariae and Coptidis Decoction combined with Mesalazine in treat- ment of patients with ulcerative colitis may achieve good clinical efficacy, effectively regulate immune function and reduce inflammatory reaction with safe and reliable.
