摘要
详细介绍了丙烷/异丁烷脱氢装置反应进料/产物换热管道的设计情况。反应产物管道通过设置膨胀节来吸收热胀,反应进料管道通过改变管道走向吸收热涨。用应力分析软件CAESARII对管壳程进出口管道进行详细应力分析。用石油化工静设备计算机辅助设计软件对管道真空工况进行受压分析。
In this paper, piping design about heat exchange of reaction feed and conduct in propylene and 1 - butene dehydrogenation unit is introduced in detail. The heat expansion in the reaction product pipe is absorbed by setting expansion joint, and the reaction feed pipe by changing the pipeline. The detailed stress analysis of the inlet and outlet pipeline is carried out by CAESARII. The pressure analysis of pipeline vacuum working condition is carried out by using PV desktop.
