摘要
丙烷脱氢(PDH)技术凭借其成本、资源和技术等多方面优势,目前已成为最有竞争力的制丙烯工艺。本文通过经济指标计算方法,分析了PDH装置的经济性及其多方面的影响因素。结果表明,PDH装置具有良好的经济性;丙烯–丙烷价格差是决定装置经济性的核心因素;装置规模和公用工程价格的波动对其经济性影响较小。
With various advantages in technique, resources and costs, propane dehydrogenation （PDH） has become the most competitive process in propylene production. Economy of the plant and its influence factors are analyzed via economic index calculation. The results indicate that PDH plant is economically viable and its performance is mainly decided by price differential between propylene and propane rather than plant scale and utility cost.
