“共治”视角下新生代农民工职业教育机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 新生代农民工职业教育具有丰富的"治理"意蕴,"共治"为目标的实现提供了一条新思路。目前,我国新生代农民工职业教育机制存在着政府统筹协调不够、新生代农民工发展规划缺失、企业支持参与度不高、职业院校服务能力不强等问题。按照"共治"的要求,需要从强化政府主导机制、健全新生代农民工响应机制、深化企业合作机制、提升职业院校互动机制等方面加以应对。 Vocational education of new generation peasant workers has rich connotation on governance. The shared governance perspective provides a new way of thinking for the realization of the goal. There are some problems on vocational education of new generation peasant workers, such as the lack of government co/|ordination, development planning of new generation peasant workers, participation of enterprise support, service capability of vocational colleges. Measures need to been taken to perfect the mechanism of occupation education of new generation peasant workers, including the following aspects: strengthening the leading mechanism of the government, mobilizing the response mechanism of the new generation of migrant workers, deepening cooperation of enterprises, enhancing the mechanism of interaction among the vocational colleges.
