摘要
根据对深圳市知名企业的调查,大多数企业支持校企协同合作并有意愿参与校企联合培养学生,且认为应按照行业需求培养工程专业学位研究生,企业更关注学位论文课题的应用实践性;全日制硕士研究生调查显示,七成学生愿意进行校企联合培养,四成学生愿意在企业完成整个课题研究,学生更关注校企联合培养为其就业带来的优势。校企联合培养在企业和学生的意愿方面有着广泛基础,为确保人才培养质量,提出了规范参与企业及企业导师资质、加强校企交流、引入企业智力资源等校企联合培养工作建议。
A survey of well-known enterprises in Shenzhen on joint graduate training is carried out which indicates that the majority support the university-enterprise cooperation and are willing to participate in the joint graduate training program.They believe that a graduate training program should be designed in accordance with the demand fromindustries and they pay more attentions to the practical application of a graduate project than other factors.The results of the survey on students show that 70%are willing to join the training program and 40%wish to complete the entire thesis project in companies.Most of the students think that the joint training program will help themto have a practical experience which will be useful in finding a job in the future.The joint training program is widely accepted among enterprises and students.In order to ensure the standard of graduate education program,however,it is important to ensure that the enterprises and the supervisors from the enterprises are met the requirement of the program.It is also important to enhance the communication between universities and enterprises to ensure the program to be completed smoothly and successfully.
