摘要
目的:探讨不同年龄段艾滋病毒感染者/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者的心电图特征。方法:采用日本光电9130P型同步十二导心电图机描记卧位时心电图,对HIV/AIDS成年组和老年组患者进行对比分析。结果:心电图正常118例,其中15～49岁106例,≥50岁12例。异常心电图85例,其中17～49岁65例,≥50岁20例。结论:HIV/AIDS患者心电图异常以成年组为主。
Objective：To investigate the electrocardiogram characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients at different ages.Methods：Japanese electrooptical 9130P synchronous twelve lead electrocardiograph was used to record the electrocardiogram in decubitus position,then compared the differences between HIV/AIDS adult group and the elderly group and analyzed.Results：Electrocardiogram was normal in 118 cases：including 106 cases at 15～49 years old;12 cases more than 50 years old.There were 85 cases of abnormal electrocardiogram：including 66 cases aged 17～49 years old,and 16 cases over 50 years old.Conclusion：The electrocardiogram abnormality of HIV/AIDS patients is mainly in the adult group.
