摘要
医院应急医疗救援队伍的应急处置能力反映一个医院的应急管理水平,代表服务社会公共卫生安全能力。在新的医改形势下,随着分级诊疗和多点执业等多种政策的推行,医院也面临着医政管理的新局面。本文主要分析应急救援队伍建设工作面临的挑战,尤其是在新形势下三级综合医院和国家层面应如何应对新变化,从制度建设、人才培养、激励机制等方面提出一些针对性举措,并建议应急医疗救援队员培训和资格认证国家标准化,以更好地应对应急救援的需求。
The emergency response capability of the emergency medical rescue team reflects the emergency management level of a hospital and represents the ability to serve public health security. Under the background of the recent medical reform, hospitals are facing a new situation of medical administration, with the implementation of various policies, such as hierarchical treatment and muhi -site practice. This article analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of emergency medical rescue team, especially how to deal with the new changes in the new situation from the perspectives of tertiary general hospitals and the whole nation, puts forward some pertinent measures from the aspects of system construction, personnel training, and incentive mechanism, and proposes the training of emergency medical rescue team members and the national standardization of qualification certification, so as to better meet the needs of emergency rescue.
