摘要
旅游危机事件处理得当与否直接影响旅游目的地形象。通过筛选和预处理"知乎社区"关于哈尔滨天价鱼事件的讨论文本,得到330篇,以此作为研究样本,运用Rost CM软件辅助文本内容分析,从中提取信息点得出如下结论:(1)政府和媒体是事件的主要参与者和推动者;(2)导游与司机的影响不容小觑;(3)旅游连带效应突出;(4)明码标价不代表无欺诈;(5)影响旅游目的地整体感知。
That the handle of tourism crisis is proper or not directly affects the image of the tourism destination. With 330 comment texts about Harbin high-priced fish incident in Zhihu as the research sample, using RostCM software support text content analysis, the following conclusions have been drawn: (1) the government and the media are the main participants and facilitators in the event;(2) the influence of the tour guides and drivers is not trivial;(3) the joint effect in tourism is outstanding;(4) prices be marked clearly does not mean no fraud;(5) the incident affects the overall perception of the tourist destination.
