补燃型烧结余热利用燃料量与蒸汽产量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合首钢京唐550 m2烧结机余热回收,研究不同蒸汽参数工况下燃料量与蒸汽产量之间的关系。不同蒸汽参数工况下,补燃型烧结余热利用有利于提高蒸汽产量和蒸汽品质,补燃型余热利用最佳工况为中温中压工况,最佳补燃燃料量为4.75 m3/h。 Combining with the waste heat recovery practice of Shougang Jingtang's 550 m2 sinter, the relationship between fuel quantity and steam output under the condition of dif- ferent steam parameters is studied. With different steam parameters condition, the supplement combustion sinter waste heat recovery is more favorable for improving the quantity and quali- ty of steam. The optimum condition of supplement combustion waste heat recovery is medium temperature and medium pressure condition, while the optimum combustion fuel quantity is 4.75 m3/h.
