摘要 颈内动脉闭塞（internal carotid artery occlusion,ICAO）是导致缺血性脑卒中的重要原因之一.针对ICAO患者实施颈动脉内膜切除术（carotid endarterectomy,CEA）加取栓术,达到血运重建的目的,减少ICAO导致脑卒中的发病率是近年来临床关注的重点.术前血管超声的精准化评估,将提高CEA血运重建的成功性.
