摘要
我国北方地区垃圾焚烧发电厂,由于冬季天气寒冷,导致收运的垃圾结冰,无法及时融化,结冰垃圾在垃圾坑内无法充分发酵而降低入炉垃圾的热值,对焚烧炉的正常运行产生不良影响,基于现有的垃圾坑,利用汽轮机一抽和炉墙冷却风作为主要热源,布置加热解冻系统,给垃圾坑供热提高坑内温度,保证焚烧电厂正常的生产运营。
The MSW incineration power generation plant, the cold season of winter time lasts long, there is much ice block mixed in the waste when collected inside the plant, it is difficult to be melting in the waste bunker in time, and prevent the fermentation of waste, it reduces the heat value of feedstock, and affects the normal operation of incinerator. It gives the layout of heating system for the waste bunker, to increase the temperature and make the ice melting inside waste, ensure the normal production and operation of power plant.
