摘要
以某垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,探讨了增加冬季入炉垃圾热值和提高全厂热效率的措施。通过对垃圾焚烧厂冬季入厂垃圾加强管理,延长垃圾堆酵时间,增加倒料次数,并适当添加生物质燃料,入炉垃圾热值有所增加,焚烧炉燃烧状况得到了改善,热效率及吨垃圾发电量均有增长。
Taking a waste incineration power plant for example,this paper discussed the measures to increase the heating value of waste and improve the thermal efficiency of the whole plant. By strengthening incoming waste management in winter,extending waste fermentation time,increasing the number of pouring,and adding certain biomass fuels into the furnace,the heating value of waste increased significantly. Incinerator combustion conditions improved,and thermal efficiency and tons of waste power generation capacity also grew.
