摘要
近年来,会展旅游受到各界的重视,为国家政府、会展业和旅游业带来的经济效益巨大,但会展旅游形象的感知研究却较少。本文采用SPSS的主成分分析提取珠三角地区的会展旅游形象感知影响因素公因子,通过非参数分析研究会展旅游者的性别、年龄、受教育程度、职业、居住地与会展旅游形象感知的公因子的差异性是否显著。研究发现:不同性别的会展旅游者对"基础设施与政策"公因子感知影响存在显著差异;不同年龄段的会展旅游者对"旅游资源"、"会展质量"、"旅游接待能力"、"国际地位"公因子感知影响存在显著差异;不同受教育程度的会展旅游者对"旅游接待能力"公因子感知影响存在显著差异。
In recent years,MICE tourism has received great attention from all walks of life,which brings great economic benefits to the national government,exhibition industry and tourism industry,but the perception of exhibition tourism image is less studied. This paper utilizes principal component analysis of SPSS to extract the factors influencing the perception of exhibition tourism image in the Pearl River Delta region,and intend to find the difference between different customer group of sex,age,education level,occupation on the exhibition tourists image through non-parametric analysis. It is concluded that the public factors of "infrastructure and policy"are perceived by exhibition tourists of different genders. There are significant differences in the influence of different age groups on the perception of "tourism resources","exhibition quality", "tourism reception ability " and "international status ". There are significant differences in the perception of public factors of tourism reception ability among MICE tourists with different educational levels.
