摘要
会展旅游具有较强的经济带动作用,通过对会展旅游者的调查,测量会展旅游者对会展旅游质量各影响因子的重要性、满意度的感知,应用IPA分析方法得到济南市会展旅游服务质量的二维四象限矩阵。研究发现,旅游者非常关注旅游安全和个性化服务,自然环境和交通服务都是济南市会展旅游服务需要改进的方向。
Convention and exhibition tourism has a strong economic driving effect.Through the survey of tourists,the importance and satisfaction of the factors affecting the quality of MICE tourism are measured.The two dimensional four quadrant matrix of the service quality of Ji'nan's MICE tourism is obtained by using the method of IPA analysis.It is found that tourists pay much attention to tourism safety and personalized service.Natural environment and transportation service are the direction of Ji'nan's exhibition tourism service.
