摘要
高校社区作为大学生生活和学习的重要场所,它不仅是课堂的延伸、思想的交流和感情的沟通窗口,还是大学生成长的园地和获取知识与信息的重要途径,更是丰富校园生活的有机构成部分。它的存在不仅给学生的生活和学习创造了良好的条件和环境,还能一定程度地促使大学生养成良好的行为习惯以及积极乐观的生活态度。而从这个角度而言,高校社区的存在对提升大学生教育管理水平是极有必要与切实可行的。基于此,主要就高校社区视角下的大学生教育管理工作进行研究与分析,以便为未来我国大学生教育管理工作的开展与推进提供一定的理论参考与实践经验。
As an important living and learning place for college students, the university comnmnity not only serves as a window for the extension of the classroom, the exchange of thoughts and the eonmmnieation of feelings, but also acts as a garden for college students to grow up, an important way to obtain knowledge and ilfformation and an organic component to enrich campus life. Its exist- enee not only creates a favorable condition and environment for students＇ life and study, but also encourages college students to form good behavior habits and life attitudes to certain extent. From this point of view, the existence of the university eomnmnity is essential and feasible to promote college students＇ education managenlent. This paper mainly studies and analyses the college students＇ education managenlent from the perspective of university community in order to provide some theoretical reference and practical experience for the future development and advancement of the college students＇ education management.
