摘要
以美国、英国及新加坡为例,分析他们的教育管理体系及特点,从中吸取有效经验。学习国外教育管理的先进理念及创新性方法,结合我国教育管理实际需求,分别通过健全教育管理体系、扩大院校自主权,创新管理方式方法、促进信息化建设,树立先进管理思想、提升管理科学性,全面建设管理团队、提高管理团队素养等方面,深入探究国外教育管理体系特点对我国的启示,提出促进我国管理发展的有效措施,旨在能够进一步完善我国教育管理体系,切实提高教育管理水平,更好地与国际接轨。
This paper uses the United States,Britain and Singapore as examples to analyze their education management systems and characteristics,and draw effective experience from them. We should learn the advanced concepts and innovative methods of foreign education management,and combine them with the actual needs of China's education management. This paper makes an in-depth exploration of the characteristics of foreign education management system and its enlightenment to China by improving the education management system,strengthening the autonomy of colleges and universities,innovating management methods,promoting information construction,establishing advanced management ideas,and making management more scientific,comprehensively building the management team,and improving management team literacy etc. and puts forward effective measures to promote the development of China's management,aiming to further improve our education management system,effectively improve the level of education management,and better correspond with international standards.
