摘要
以CCP2010,CCP2011以及CDS2009的统计数据为基础,对美国高校近5年信息化发展中有关资金及预算方面的问题进行对比。分析经济衰退背景下美国高等教育信息化发展深层理念上的革新;归纳其在面临资金紧张情况下,信息化发展模式创新的必然选择与挑战。在此基础上借鉴国外应对预算削减的经验,得出对我国高校有借鉴性的几点启示。
This paper based on the statistics,CCP2010, CCP2011 and CDS2009. Comparison for the financial and budgetary aspects of U.S. colleges and universities nearly five years analysis of deep innovation in the development of information technology in the United States higher education by the economic recession. Summarized the mode and challenges of the inevitable choice of development of information technology innovations in the face of funding constraints. On this basis, learn from foreign experience in response to budget cuts, getting the enlightenment for China＇s colleges and universities.
