摘要
基于有限元分析方法对AZ80M高强度镁合金等温精密模锻成形进行了模拟,并进行了等温模锻成形试验。进行了镁合金过渡车钩的模具优化,进行了力学性能及局部解剖组织检验。结果表明,等温模锻成形的镁合金过渡车钩能满足拉伸500 kN和压缩550 kN的要求,且过渡车钩各区域组织均匀,力学性能良好。相比于钢制过渡车钩,AZ80M高强度镁合金过渡车钩减重51%(38→18.5 kg)。
The isothermal precision die forging forming of AZ80 M high strength magnesium alloy was simulated based on finite element method and the isothermal die forging experiment was carried out. The die optimization of magnesium alloy transition coupler was carried out, and the mechanical properties and local anatomical microstructure were tested. The results show that the magnesium alloy transfer coupler formed by isothermal die forging can meet the requirements of 500 kN tension and 550 kN compression. And the transition coupler has uniform microstructure and good mechanical properties. Compared with that of steel transition coupler, the weight of AZ80 M high strength magnesium alloy transition coupler reduces by 51%(38→18.5 kg).
