摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联用布地奈德在治疗支气管哮喘患儿中的临床疗效及血清相关因子、肺功能变化。方法选择本院收治的支气管哮喘患儿110例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组采用布地奈德吸入治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服孟鲁司特钠治疗，比较两组临床疗效、血清相关因子及肺功能。结果治疗后，观察组临床疗效、血清相关因子、肺功能指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联用布地奈德可提高儿童支气管哮喘临床疗效，改善肺功能及血清因子水平，值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate application effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on se- rum associated factors and lung function in children with bronchial asthma. Methods 110 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given budesonide inhalation, while children in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium based on control group. The clinical efficacy, serum factors, lung function were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy, serum factors, lung function indexes in observation group were better than those in control group after treat- ment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide can increase clinical efficacy,improve lung function and levels of serum factors in children with bronchial asthma, which is worthy of promotion and applica- tion.
