摘要
目的探讨惠州市重性精神疾病患者社区规范化管理效果。方法将2015年4月—2017年4月的240例惠州市重性精神疾病患者采用随机数字表法分组,对照组应用常规化护理干预,实验组应用社区规范化管理。对比两组总管理满意度;精神科药物服用依从性、自身疾病了解度;护理前后患者精神疾病生活质量简表评分情况。结果实验组总管理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组精神科药物服用依从性、自身疾病了解度优于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组精神疾病生活质量简表评分情况相近,P>0.05;护理后实验组精神疾病生活质量简表评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论社区规范化管理在惠州市重性精神疾病护理中效果好,可提高患者疾病认知和遵医行为,改善精神疾病生活质量简表评分情况,患者对护理服务满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized community management in patients with severe mental illness in Huizhou. Methods 240 patients with severe mental illness from April 2015 to April 2017 in Huizhou were divided into different groups by random number table method, the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with standardized community management. The total management satisfaction, compliance with psychiatric drugs and self-disease awareness, the scores of qualities of life of patients with psychiatric diseases before and after nursing were compared. Results The satisfaction of the patients with severe mental illness in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05; the compliance of the patients in the experimental group was better than the control group, and the cognition of the disease was better than the control group, P〈0.05; the quality of life of the two groups before nursing was similar, P〉0.05; the quality of life after nursing was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life in the experimental group was better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The standardized community management has a good effect in the nursing of severe mental illness in Huizhou city. It can improve the patients＇ disease cognition and compliance behavior, and improve the score of mental illness quality of life. The patients are satisfied with the nursing service.
