摘要
目的研究妇炎康联合阿奇霉素治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果。方法抽选114例盆腔炎性疾病患者为本次研究对象,采取随机数表法将患者分成参照组(阿奇霉素)以及实验组(妇炎康联合阿奇霉素),对比两组患者的不良反应发生情况以及治疗效果。结果经过对两组患者进行观察,实验组不良反应发生率为3.51%,低于参照组的不良反应发生率15.78%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎性疾病患者在给予阿奇霉素的基础上联合妇炎康进行治疗能够有效的降低患者的不良反应发生情况,治疗效果明显。
Objective To observe the clinical observation of fuyankang combined with azithromycin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 114 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the study object. The patients were divided into reference group（azithromycin） and the experimental group（azithromycin combined with azithromycin） by random number table, and the adverse reaction and effect of treatment of the two groups was compared. Results After the observation of two groups of patients, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.51%, which was significantly lower than the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group（15.78%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of azithromycin combined with fuyankang in pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, and the therapeutic effect is obvious.
