摘要
旅游法的实施使旅游业的发展纳入了法制的时代,其核心是权力和利益的保护,旅游者是旅游法保护的最大受益者。本文采用问卷调查和访谈,研究分析《旅游法》的实施对旅游者的影响。调查结果表明旅游法对旅游者的综合影响不明显,旅游法对旅游者的决策行为、消费习惯、出行的影响和综合影响的感知均不强烈;旅游者对《旅游法》的了解不够;越来越多的旅游者更加关注自己的旅游行为。最后,就上述问题提出了一定的对策。
The enactment of tourism law has made the development of tourism industry enter into the age in which there is a law to tollow. The law' s focus is protection of rights and interests and the tourists are the greatest beneficiaries of the protection of rights and interests. Questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the impact of enact of tourism law on tourists. The findings show that: Tourism law has little influence on tourists. It is embodied in the following aspects: tourism law does not have a strong perception of tourists' decision making behavior, consumption habits, travel modes and comprehensive influence; tourists do not know enough about tourism law and have incomplete knowledge. Tourists have improved their travel consciousness of behavior,more and more tourists pay more attention to their own tourism behavior Finally, some measurers were put forward on the above problems.
