摘要
目的探讨超声引导下面神经阻滞治疗疼痛的效果与价值。方法选取2014年11月~2017年11月我院收治的80例面神经疼痛患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法将患者分为观察组与参考组,每组各40例。观察组实施超声引导下面神经阻滞治疗,参考组实施传统神经阻滞方案,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组阻滞成功率明显高于参考组,耗时短于参考组,进针深度小于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的NRS评分均明显下降,且观察组的NRS评分低于参考组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下面神经阻滞治疗疼痛操作简单,阻滞成功率较高,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effect and value of ultrasound-guided nerve block in the treatment of pain. Methods Eighty patients with facial neuralgia admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were selected as the subjects, and divided into observation group and reference group according to the treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. In the observation group, ultrasound-guided nerve block therapy was performed, and in the reference group, conventional nerve block was used. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Re- sults The success rate of block in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P〈 0.05). The time consumption in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group, and depth of needle insertion in the observation group was less than that in the reference group (P〈0.05). The NRS scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the NRS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the reference group (P〈0.05). The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the refer- ence group, and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided nerve block therapy is simple in the treatment of pain with a high success rate of block, safe and effective.
