“Suitable Education” Targeting Quality-Oriented Education

摘要 素质教育的本质就是用合适的教育方法,教给学生适应生存发展的本领。为此,学校立足本校实际,提倡适性教育,立志于培养卓越、向善、富有个性的教师和学生。在具体实践中,教师应具有高深的知识素养、儒雅的人文情怀、独特的个性引导,从而帮助学生达到能力提升、品德向善、个性展示的三个目标,为学生的终身发展奠基。 The essence of quality-oriented education is that suitable methods of education are adopted to help students acquire skills of adapting to survival and development. Therefore, our school has analyzed the school-based reality and proposed the suitable education, striving to cultivate teachers and students who are excellent, benevolent and full of personality. In practice, our school suggests that teachers should have profound knowledge accomplishments, elegant and humane feelings, and unique personalized guidance, so that they can help students achieve the goals of competence improvement, moral benevolence and personal displaying, hoping to lay a solid foundation for students’ lifelong development.
