摘要
普通高中应建立学生发展指导制度,充分发掘教师的指导潜能,开发适性适度的指导项目,打造自由开放的课堂阵地,创设丰富自主的活动平台,加强对学生的理想、心理、学业、生活、生涯规划等方面的指导,突出学生的成长立场,真正落实有助于"每个人"发展的"适合的教育"。
Senior middle school should establish the system of students’ development guidance, fully express teachers’ potentials of guidance, develop appropriate guidance projects, construct free and open classroom positions, create rich and autonomous activity platforms, and strengthen the guidance of students’ ideals, psychology, study and career planning. Besides, senior middle school should focus on students’ growth and genuinely implement the appropriate education facilitating every student development.
