摘要
目的分析于建立优质120急救中心的院前急救医疗服务体系中应用综合管理办法的抢救成功率和急救差错事故情况。方法对该院2017年5月—2018年5月120急救中心接诊170例患者临床资料加以分析,按照于院前急救医疗服务体系中不同管理办法分成2组,将85例行传统常规性院前急救医疗服务管理患者设为对照组,将85例于其基础上行患者设为观察组,对两组抢救成功率、急救差错事故及满意度评分情况进行比对、分析。结果两组抢救成功率98.82%、96.47%对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组差错事故、急救缺陷和医疗纠纷发生概率1.18%、1.18%和0.00%均比对照组低,且救护专业性、反应速度和操作技能准确性评分(77.68±9.60)分、(76.57±9.45)分和(82.78±10.60)分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于建立优质120急救中心的院前急救医疗服务体系中应用综合管理办法效果明显,患者抢救成功率较高,且有利于减少急救差错事故的发生,提高满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive management method in establishing the excellent 120 emergency center pre-hospital care medical service system on the emergency successful rate and emergency error events. Methods 170 cases of patients in the 120 emergency center in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 85 cases in each according to different management methods in the pre-hospital emergency medical service system, the control group used the traditional routine pre-hospital emergency medical service management, while the observation group used the pre-hospital emergency medical service management, and the rescue successful rate, emergency error events and satisfactory degree score were compared and analyzed. Results The difference in the rescue successful rate between the two groups was not obvious（98.82%, 96.47%）（P〈0.05）,and the occurrence probabilities of errors, emergency defects and medical disputes in the observation group were respectively 1.18%,1.18%, 0.00%, which were lower than those in the control group, and the emergency profession, reaction rate and accuracy rate of operation skill were respectively（77.68±9.60） points,（76.57±9.45）points,（82.78±10.60）points, which were higher than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive management method in the establishing the excellent 120 emergency center pre-hospital care medical service system is obvious, with higher rescue successful rate, which is conductive to reducing the occurrence of emergency events and improving the satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical application.
