摘要
基于流体节流理论建立了阻尼连续可调减振器多种工况下的动力学模型,进而在Simulink软件中建立了仿真模型,进行外特性仿真研究。通过台架试验对阻尼连续可调减振器的外特性进行测试,试验结果与仿真结果误差小于15%,证明所建立的阻尼连续可调减振器仿真模型准确可靠,可用于工程实践中对减振器阻尼力进行预测与调校。
Based on the theory of fluid throttling, the dynamic model of shock absorber with continuous adjustable damping under various working conditions was established. Then the simulation model was established in Simulink software and the simulation study of external characteristics was performed. The external characteristics of the shock absorber with continuously adjustable damping were tested by a bench test. The error between the test result and the simulation result is less than 15%. It is proved that the established model of shock absorber with continuously adjustable damping is accurate and reliable. It can be used to pretest and calibrate the damping force of shock absorber in engineering practice.
