摘要
事故致因理论是以人身事故为研究对象,通过探究事故发生及预防措施的规律,阐明事故发生原因、始末过程和事后后果。当前生产安全事故频发,为了借鉴这些事故的惨痛教训,本文梳理了事故致因理论的演进过程,提出系统论事故致因理论,并对某地铁施工安全事故进行了分析和应用,说明系统论事故致因理论能够更好地描述事故发生的原因和始末,有助于减少和避免生产安全事故的发生。
The accident-causing theory is based on casualty accidents. By exploring the law of accident occurrence and preventive measures, the causes of accidents, the beginning and end processes and the after-effects are clarified. At present, the production safety accidents frequently occur. In order to learn from the painful lessons of these accidents, this paper sorts out the evolution process of the accident-causing theory, puts forward the systemic accident-causing theory, and analyzes and applies a subway construction safety accident, indicating the systemic accident-causing theory can better describe the cause and the process of the accident, helping to reduce and avoid production safety accidents.
