摘要
针对装配式建筑全生命周期设计与管理的需求,为了实现预制构件设计、工业化生产、物流运输及现场装配等的协同化发展,提出了BIM-CIMS集成建造系统,利用BIM技术在建筑信息集成、共享及传递中的优势,融合计算机集成制造系统CIMS的应用经验,进行功能定位,根据装配式建筑生产流程设计了系统的整体框架,并就系统主要功能模块及支撑体系进行细化分析,最后以预制装配式住宅为例,阐释了BIM-CIMS在预制构件设计阶段的应用流程和实现过程,验证了在实际效用性。
For the design and management of the whole life cycle of the assembly building,in order to realize the coordination of prefabricated component design,industrial production,logistics transportation and on-site assembly,it proposed a BIM-CIMS integrated construction system.With the advantage of BIM technology in the integration,sharing and transmission of building information,the application experience of computer integrated manufacturing system CIMS,refined its function,and designed the overall framework on the basis of production process of prefabricated building.Moreover,analyzed the main function modules and supporting system in detail,and finally took the prefabricated housing as an example,explained the application and implementation process of BIM-CIMS in the prefabricated component design stage,to verify its effectiveness.
